We usually transport cats and dogs however If you have any other pet than a cat and dog, please email our team in advance. Nevertheless, note that we can also provide a taxi for snub-nosed dog and cat breeds (Brachycephalic breeds) who have difficulty in breathing properly, because unlike during a flight, there is nothing to worry about when traveling through one of our vehicles for this specific breed.

Anyways, once you have a reservation, you will have to pay online for a eurotunnel ticket, this will then automatically confirm your booking. Then, when it eventually comes to the day of your booking the driver will come to pick you up from any given location and he will drop you off wherever you would like because we have an excellent door-to-door service.

To add, you will be given the opportunity to pay your transfer fee at some point during the transfer. You can pay this in both cash or card, depending on your preference. Lastly, if you have any queries, you can easily email our wonderful team, who will give you a response as soon as possible.

The transfer itself is about 6- 7 hours long depending on how heavy the traffic is. You will also be provided with frequent breaks if you or your pet needs and you will be provided with a vehicle that you can comfortably stay in during the journey.

Even though, you can easily make a booking with us you still have to make sure that you have everything you need prepared for your pet.

Therefore, before you enter the UK, Please make to sure that your pet is:

• Microchipped.
• Vaccinated against rabies your pet needs proof that your pets at least 12 weeks old before vaccinating them.
• Treated against tapeworms (dogs only) and must be administered not less than 24 hours and no more than 120 hours.

Your pet will also need one of the following documents to enter the UK:

• An EU pet passport issued in the EU (or in the UK if issued before 1 January 2021), or a pet passport from another Part 1 listed third country.
• The animal health certificate (AHC) issued in the UK used to travel to the EU that you use to re-enter the UK for up to 4 months after it was issued.
• A British pet health certificate (for travel into Great Britain only).
